Professional packing for belongings that need to travel prepared

This is not just about boxes. It is about preparing furniture, delicate pieces and emotionally valuable belongings for hands, inspections and routes that are not always gentle.

Prevention before transit

An international move requires more than wrapping and closing

During an international move, your belongings may go through multiple hands, temperature changes, humidity, inspections, warehouses, ports, airports and different vehicles. Every transition increases the risk if packing was not designed for the actual route.

At Pack And Go, we do not pack everything the same way. We look at the item, route, transport mode and likely handling before choosing materials, reinforcement and labeling.

Common risks

What usually fails when packing is improvised

The most expensive damages are not always bad luck. Many start with insufficient protection, poor inventories or the wrong materials.

Weak or poorly sized boxes

The wrong box can deform, open or leave empty spaces that allow internal movement.

Unclear inventory

Without identification and a packing list, every inspection or delivery becomes slower and less traceable.

Fragile pieces with poor protection

Glass, marble, fine art, lamps or premium furniture need protection by material, shape and pressure point.

Damage during inspections

If packing does not allow controlled review and closing, an inspection can compromise protection.

Humidity and long transit

For sea routes or temporary storage, protection must consider exposure, timing and handling.

Incomplete international preparation

Some destinations or materials require specific criteria, such as treated wood when applicable.

The Pack And Go method

Every piece asks for a different decision

A sofa, a lamp, a painting and a box of books do not travel the same way. Our team defines protection, labeling and inventory with that difference in mind.

Prior assessment by visit, photos or video.
Protection materials selected by item type.
Crating or treated wood when the case requires it.
Technical marking, inventory and packing list.
Separation of delicate, heavy or high-value items.
Coordination with air, sea or ground transport.
Simple process

Five steps for controlled packing

A short flow so packing is not decided at the last minute.

01

Evaluate

We review volume, fragility, destination, transport mode and timing.

02

Classify

We separate furniture, boxes, delicate pieces, art, electronics and special items.

03

Protect

We apply materials, reinforcement or technical packing according to each item's risk.

04

Inventory

We mark, list and document for traceability during inspections and delivery.

05

Load

We organize the load to reduce pressure, movement and unnecessary handling.

Differentiators

More peace of mind before the shipment leaves home

Useful identification

Every box or item is labeled to support reviews, loading and delivery.

Protection with judgment

Not every item travels the same way. We adapt packing to material, weight, shape and route.

Made for real transit

We prepare your belongings for ports, airports, warehouses, inspections and custody changes.

Ready for several legs

Packing is planned for air, sea or ground transport, not just a short local move.

Frequently asked questions

Real questions before packing

Can I pack some things myself? +
Yes, but we explain what should be handled by the technical team. Owner-packed boxes may have limitations for inventory, review or coverage depending on the case.
What happens with fragile or high-value items? +
We evaluate them separately. Glass, fine art, marble, lamps, mirrors, instruments or premium furniture may require additional protection, crating or special handling.
Do you use wooden crates? +
When the item or route requires it, we can prepare crates or treated wood structures according to applicable requirements.
How do you handle fine art? +
We review format, material, sensitivity and destination. Packing may include layered protection, separation, reinforcement and marking for careful handling.
Which items cannot be packed? +
It depends on the country and transport mode, but restrictions commonly apply to flammables, perishables, chemicals, weapons, cash, undeclared jewelry and critical documents. We validate this before packing.
