Can I pack some things myself? +
Yes, but we explain what should be handled by the technical team. Owner-packed boxes may have limitations for inventory, review or coverage depending on the case.
What happens with fragile or high-value items? +
We evaluate them separately. Glass, fine art, marble, lamps, mirrors, instruments or premium furniture may require additional protection, crating or special handling.
Do you use wooden crates? +
When the item or route requires it, we can prepare crates or treated wood structures according to applicable requirements.
How do you handle fine art? +

Which items cannot be packed? +
